Aschaffenburg – Mercedes-Benz Kunzmann, authorised Mercedes-Benz sales and service outlet, is delighted about the Service Award NFZ 2007 for their Stockstadt branch.
On Thursday, 13 September 2007, at this year's IAA motor show in Frankfurt am Main, the 12th Service Awards were presented, arousing a lot of interest in the trade. The leading trade journal for car dealers and service outlets „kfz-Betrieb“ Wochenjournal & Online, the tyre manufacturers Pirelli and the lubricant manufacturers Fuchs Europe Schmierstoffe present this Service Award to car dealers in Germany who stand out for their excellent customer-oriented service in all aspects of the car trade. The jury chose the winners from 400 nominations throughout Germany, all of them shining examples in the trade.
Excellent service and marketing, innovative and full of ideas, both internally and externally – these are the most important criteria when it comes to choosing the best.
Wolfgang Michel, chief editor of the trade journal "kfz-betrieb" summarised the situation at the awards ceremony: "Only firms that offer outstanding customer service will be able to survive the massive structural change currently going on in the car dealer business. If you can't handle the service side, you don't stand a chance in the car business". Customer service has shown tremendous progress as a result. |
